Fong’s Pizza was opened on April 28, 2015 by a group of local owners. We are the second restaurant to join the District at Prairie Trail; located in a fast growing area of Ankeny. We are housed in a brand new building, but still focus on providing the vintage charm that our original location offers.
We proudly serve Asian-inspired pizzas & appetizers, sandwiches, salads and desserts. We have an expanded tiki bar and offer 88 beers on draft in a beautifully designed tiki bar featuring beautiful bamboo woodwork. Our fun-loving staff is here to show you a great time as you explore Fongolian territory at the second location to join the Fong’s Family.
Opener: Reuben Egg Rolls
A Fongolian version of a classic favoriate. Corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and caraway rolled ina crispy spring roll wrapper and served with a side of Thousand Island.
Congratulations to Bailey Stuart for her winning creation at Fong’s Fest. She won free pizza for a year and her pizza is featured at both locations. We start with a honey sriracha base, then add mozzarella, jalapeno, green pepper, roasted red pepper, onion, Colby jack, pepper jack, spicy Soppressata salami and a honey sriracha finish.
