Fong’s Pizza was opened on January 26th, 2009 by a group of local owners. The previous restaurant in the downtown location was King-Ying-Low, Des Moines’ oldest Chinese restaurant since 1908. It inspired the Asian influence in Fong's menu and decor.

A house made spicy kung pao sauce medley, cooked with water chestnuts, green onions, and roasted peanuts. Mixed with green peppers, roasted red peppers, and grilled chicken then tossed stir fry style and placed on your choice of crust. Topped with green onions after baking. Contains nuts.
Drink: Painkiller $7.00
A traditional Painkiller in remembrance of Black Tot Day, the last day that the British Royal Navy gave out its daily rum ration. Pusser’s Navy Rum mixed with pineapple, orange, and coconut cream, and topped with nutmeg.
